Shipping and Delivery

After dispatch, deliveries within Singapore are usually completed within 2–3 business days, including the initial preparation period.

All delivery costs are covered by Trazmolyvion. Customers do not pay additional shipping fees, and the amount shown at checkout reflects the final amount due upon delivery.

Delivery timelines may occasionally vary due to external factors such as public holidays or logistical disruptions.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may request order cancellation before the product has been shipped .

As outlined in the shipping process, orders undergo internal preparation and are typically dispatched within 24 hours of placement.

Therefore, the cancellation window remains open only during this preparation period before shipment occurs .

Once the item has been shipped after the 24-hour processing stage, cancellations are no longer accepted .

Returns and Exchanges

Trazmolyvion provides a 30-day return window for situations where:

• The delivered item has a defect
• A different item was delivered instead of the one ordered
• The item doesn’t fit you.

If a return request is approved, the company arranges pickup from the customer’s location. Customers do not pay return shipping costs, and there are no restocking charges.

After the returned item reaches our facility, it is reviewed within 24 hours. Once validation is completed, the customer may choose between an exchange or a refund depending on product availability.

Replacement shipments follow the same delivery timeline described in the shipping section.

Refund Process

Since orders are completed using Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued through bank transfer.

After the returned item is validated, our team will contact the customer by email to request bank transfer details. Once the required information is received, the refund is processed within 24 hours.

The bank may take 9–10 business days to reflect the transferred amount in the customer’s account depending on banking procedures.
